• If the booking is URGENT.
• If you have NEVER been to us previously.
• If you have special service request that is not listed OR wish to see a specific Vet
• If you wish to book for multiple animals
• If you wish to make an appointment at a time that is NOT available in the on-line booking times. Note that we release “blocks” of appointments on-line in addition to other appointments available by phone. We will always be able to fit you in somewhere if you call us!
